I had to reach out to blancnoirusa.com about my order, the response took longer than it should have. They did eventually answer my question, but at first it felt like I was dealing with a bunch of slowpokes who weren’t really paying attention. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just average and not especially helpful.

I ordered a jacket from blancnoirusa.com, and while I really liked the style, the fit just wasn’t quite right on me. I’d say it ran differently than I expected, so starting a return felt like the best call. The process on the site was straightforward, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops.
The exchange wasn’t lightning fast and took a few days to really get going, but customer service did respond when I reached out, which made it feel less stressful. In the end, I got the right size, and now I’m actually happy I stuck with it because the jacket works much better for me.

I got this jacket last week and Ive pretty much been wearing it nonstop. Its soft, not stiff at all, and I can move around in it really easily. i didnt expect it to be this comfortable.

I ended up getting a jacket from Blanc Noir it does look good on and the fit is nice. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. But after wearing it, I kind of regret paying as much as I did. For the price, I really expected the fabric to feel a bit more high-end. It’s not a bad jacket at all, I just don’t know if I’d buy it again unless I was really set on that specific style.

I’m happy with this jacket. It feels well made, and the fabric is actually nicer than I was expecting. The fit was mostly spot on too, which was a nice surprise. I did take off one star because there were a few loose threads, which feels like a preventable thing, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, still a solid buy.

Not gonna lie, this fits exactly the way I wanted. It’s true to size, super comfy, and I didn’t notice any weird tight spots anywhere.

The website is clean and the jackets have a cool look. But some of the pages felt a bit bare, like whoever put them together got lazy halfway through. I also wish there were more close-up photos of the details because it’s hard to tell what you’re actually getting. Overall, it’s okay, not terrible, just not totally my thing

Shipping took longer than I expected, so that was a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, terrible, but definitely not as quick as I was hoping.
